Why is it important to me that you have over 3,000 parts on your truck?

Home service is all about parts… and your time… No one wants to schedule multiple days off of work and/or wait for someone to drive all over town trying to find parts… and being prepared with parts and fixtures so we can help service our clients promptly may be the most important thing we do. We also have a fully stocked supply house at our 10 acre facility. We take being the best very personal and our parts, our trucks and our people are here to make sure your job goes a smoothly as it can and that you love trusting us.

How do you estimate the job?

Small home improvements and repair jobs is my specialty, these rarely require an estimate, if one is desired feel free to call or email me and an estimate will be provided. For larger more detailed projects an onsite estimate is required. This will allow me to better understand your needs and provide you with the most accurate price possible. If I find anything unforeseen after the time of the written estimate, generally surprises behind the walls and under floors, I notify you immediately and only proceed according to your wishes

Do you background check your technicians and what does that really mean?

We believes that someone coming into your home where you raise your family is should be of excellent character, trustworthy and honest… and we don’t just take their word for it. We trust our folks very much, we simply verify their history before we allow them to put on that sparkling uniform and enter your home. We also drug test our technicians as well.
