The model has two engines for value creation: (1) margin expansion through a centralized back-office (dispatch, finance, recruiting, marketing, equipment purchasing, and training are amortized across the network instead of carried alone by every shop), and (2) revenue per technician through technology applied to exceptional talent (modern dispatch, route optimization, customer-communications systems, and continuing-education infrastructure mean the same team handles more jobs in a day with fewer callbacks and more upgrades closed).
